Corpocon Legal BV / Uitzendclaim.nl supports participants in a potential collective claim against employment agencies for possible disadvantage to temporary workers.
The claim relates to possible financial and/or non-material damage, such as unpaid wages, missed provisions, incorrect deductions, or unequal treatment.
Participation is on a no cure no pay basis. You pay nothing in advance for participation or legal treatment.
Only if compensation is received may a reimbursement be withheld for incurred costs and work performed:

By registering, you authorize Corpocon Legal BV to act on your behalf in the claim, to negotiate, to take legal action, and, if necessary, to handle a settlement.
Legal proceedings always involve uncertainties. No guarantee can be given regarding a win, compensation, or the speed of settlement.
You provide accurate information and cooperate when requested, for example by submitting payslips, contracts, or other supporting documents.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR rules and used solely for handling your file and the claim.
You can withdraw your participation free of charge via email within 14 days of registration.
We will inform you by email and via the website about important developments in the procedure.
This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
